 I already have a business and some real estate experience. Is this advanced enough?

Yes. This training was specifically designed for men who have already built something and want to deploy capital into commercial assets intelligently. The content covers commercial valuation, cap rate analysis, syndication participation, private money strategies, self-directed retirement account deployment, and advanced deal structuring. If you’re brand new, you’ll get the foundation. If you’re already investing, you’ll get the advanced strategies most investors never access.

 Will This Just Be a Sales Pitch The Whole Time?

No. This event is three days of substantive, executable real estate training. Yes, you are welcome to go deeper with us if we worked with you personally. But the event itself is built to be stand on its own. You will leave with a framework, a deal analysis process, a capital strategy, and a clear understanding of how to move in the current commercial market.

How much time will this require?

To get the value we promise out of this event, it would be best for you to attend the entire event, Friday - Sunday, 8 hours per day. A mentor of mine once said, "To become successful, you have to do what successful people do," and successful people make time for what's important. 

Does this work if I want to invest in markets other than where I live?

Yes. The real estate framework taught at this event is market-agnostic. The cap rate analysis, value-add strategies, lending structure, and deal negotiation process apply in any geography. Many of the investors who have implemented these strategies operate remotely from the markets where they own assets.

I’m already a six-figure or seven-figure earner. Why do I need this?

Because income and wealth are not the same thing. High-producing operators often have the most to gain from commercial real estate because they have capital to deploy and the business acumen to execute.
